The Taunton Housing Authority is seeking a Regional Modernization & Facilities Planner. The ideal candidate works directly with the Facilities Director in preparing, developing, coordinating, and monitoring the agency’s modernization program. This includes multiple projects across all project phases from planning through closeout. A core function of the job is actively sourcing, writing, and managing lucrative public and private grants to fund these capital-intensive projects. Additionally, we are looking for someone to oversee schedules and budgets for Capital Improvement projects coordinating with designers, contractors, LHA Staff and funding agencies to ensure quality outcomes.
