The Taunton Housing Authority is in search of a REGIONAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC I. Said position performs general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other repairs in response to service requests and results of inspections of units in accordance with EOHLC and HUD standards. It is also responsible for semi-skilled to skilled maintenance of buildings, facilities, and light equipment. The salary for this position is $41.51/hr. The Taunton Housing Authority is in search of a Self Sufficiency Specialist (SSP). Said position will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of all grant components. This includes completion of household assessments and Individual Goal Plans with SMART goals specifically aimed at improved outcomes in the following categories; employment, financial literacy, education, and money management. The SSP is responsible for oversight and collaboration of Grant protocols to residents in Taunton and Stoughton. The salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$68,000.00.
