PUBLIC NOTICE - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE SECTION 8 PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM

The Taunton Housing Authority (the “THA”) is requesting proposals from qualified

applicants to provide up to eight (8) Elderly/Non-Elderly disabled Section 8 Project Based Vouchers (PBV) units. Projects must include major rehabilitation of existing buildings to create affordable housing in the City of Taunton. The successful applicant will enter into a Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Contract with the THA.

Minority Business Enterprises, Woman Business Enterprises, Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, and Section 3 business concerns are encouraged to respond to this RFP.

Responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time, November 10, 2021.
