FAIRFAX GARDENS - FAMILY UNITS
Fairfax Gardens is the THA's largest housing community for low- and moderate-income individuals and families. Fairfax Gardens is a federally-funded development consisting of 150 one, two, three, four and five-bedroom apartments with washer/dryer hookups in each unit. Some of the units are handicapped accessible. The development has two-story townhouse style buildings.
A community building with a Resident Services Coordinator and computer center is located at the site. A summer lunch program and many services are available at the community building. A playground with a spray pool is available on site for children. 24-hour emergency maintenance service is available.
